Built on a Foundation of Technical Expertise
TEC Group was formed in 2010 through the merger of Technical Engineering Consultants, Inc. and Batton Technical, Inc., uniting decades of engineering, automation, and technical expertise under one name. With roots in automotive engineering and industrial automation, both firms evolved alongside their clients—from project-based design and controls work to delivering highly specialized engineering, professional, and skilled technical talent.
Today, TEC Group is a multi-vertical workforce solutions firm supporting technically demanding and highly regulated industries including automotive, aerospace, defense, medical device, energy, and education.
