Working with a Recruiter
What happens after I apply for a job through TEC Group?
Your resume will be reviewed by a recruiter. If your skills align with a client’s needs, a recruiter will contact you for an initial phone screen.
If both you and your recruiter agree that the position is a good fit based on pay, location, and benefits, your resume will be submitted to the client.
If you’re selected for an interview, your recruiter will prepare you and provide guidance. If not, we’ll continue to explore other opportunities that match your background and goals.

What happens after the interview?
Your recruiter will follow up with the client’s talent acquisition team and share feedback with you as soon as it’s available. Sometimes there are multiple interviews for one position, and feedback may not come until an offer is made. We’ll always do our best to provide constructive updates along the way.
How long do placements usually last?
There is a wide range of assignment lengths depending on the needs of the clients our associates support. Some roles may last just a few months, while others can extend for several years. At TEC Group, we truly value the preferences of our associates and strive to match you with positions that best fit your goals, interests, and experience.
Our dedicated recruiting team takes the time to understand what you’re looking for and works to ensure each opportunity is aligned with your preferences and long-term career objectives.

If you were hired as a direct placement employee, you’ll report solely to your new employer — TEC Group will not be involved in day-to-day management once you begin your role.
