401k Information
TEC Group offers a 401k plan through American Funds, and all employees are eligible. Employees become eligible on the first paycheck of the month following 60 days of employment.
Important 401k Resources:
- If you wish to enroll and/or would like to rollover funds from an existing account into your TEC Group account, please contact benefits@tecgroup.biz.
- If you already have a 401k with TEC, you may create an online account to view your retirement saving progress at www.americanfunds.com/retire
- If you wish to make changes to your existing deduction amounts, please visit the American Funds website.
